This product is primarily suitable for crude oil demulsification, dehydration, and desalination in oil production gathering systems and refineries. It features low dosage, low dehydration temperature, fast dehydration rate, clear oil‑water interface, and bright water phase, offering broad applicability.

Dosing Processes and Methods for Demulsifiers in Crude Oil Gathering Systems:

 

1.  Wellhead Dosing: The demulsifier is added at the oil wellhead.

2.  Transfer Station Dosing:The demulsifier is injected via a pump into the crude oil mixing port at the pipeline transfer station.

3.  Central Processing Plant Dosing: The demulsifier is added during the in‑plant process, specifically for dehydration in settling tanks.

 

Dosage Concentration:100–300 ppm (For special crude oil qualities, 300–400 ppm may be required).

1. This product is packaged in plastic drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum.

2. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. Shelf life is one year.

 

1.Skin/Eye Contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

2.Ingestion: Drink ample warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.

3.Operational Protection:** Wear PVC, PE, or rubber gloves.

4.Spill Handling:** Flush with large amounts of water.
