Solid Corrosion Inhibitor Granules

RX‑208A features high density, slow release rate, long service life, controllable release kinetics, adjustable temperature resistance, high efficiency with low odor, safety and environmental friendliness, as well as effective isolation of corrosive media. Its continuous‑release characteristics ensure long‑term and excellent corrosion inhibition for downhole equipment.

This product is suitable for corrosion protection of downhole tubulars and oil tubing.

1. Applicable Temperature: ≤100°C  

2. Operating Pressure: ≤25 MPa  

3. Application Method:  

   - In gas wells, inject directly through the tubing.  

   - During pump inspection in oil wells, after pulling out the tubing and rods and flushing the well, add the product directly from the wellhead or blowdown line to the bottom of the well.  

   - The accumulated height of the product at the bottom of the oil or gas well must not exceed the perforation interval.  

4. Gas wells equipped with chokes (throttle devices) should not have this product added directly.  

5. Dosage: Calculate according to the company's enterprise standard.  

6. Dosing Interval: Every 2–8 months.

1. This product is packaged in moisture‑proof kraft paper bags, each bag weighing 25 kg.  

2. Store in a dry, cool, and well‑ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is one year.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
