RX-611 Organic Sulfur Scavenger

Inhibiting hydrogen sulfide (H₂S).

This product is suitable for use as a specialized H₂S inhibitor in crude oil and natural gas gathering and transmission systems.

1.For Oil and Gas Wells – Full Equipment Protection：The product can be injected downhole through the casing‑tubing annulus to eliminate hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) in the system, thereby protecting equipment and ensuring personnel safety.  

 

2.For H₂S Treatment in Produced Fluids：It can be directly added into the gathering pipeline at the wellhead to absorb H₂S present in the produced fluid, safeguarding transportation pipelines and equipment.  

 

3.Dosage Guidance：When adding the product to an H₂S‑containing system,theoretically,If the H₂S concentration in the produced fluid is 100 ppm (i.e., 0.1 kg of H₂S per cubic meter of produced fluid), then 0.1 kg to 0.6 kg of H₂S scavenger is required per cubic meter of produced fluid.  

The actual dosage can be adjusted based on the H₂S concentration measured at on‑site monitoring points.

1. This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 200 kg or 25 kg per drum.  

2. Store in a cool, dry, and well‑ventilated place. The shelf life is one year.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
