Casing & Tubing Corrosion Inhibitor (Annuar Protection Fluid)

RX-205 contains highly polar molecules, providing excellent corrosion resistance and bactericidal capability. The lipophilic groups effectively block corrosive media (such as H₂S, CO₂, HCl, etc.) from attacking the metal, while the hydrophilic groups adhere firmly to the metal surface, forming a dense protective film that maintains long‑term corrosion protection for the metal.

This product is suitable for corrosion protection in oil well casings.

1. Dosage:  

   Based on the water volume in the casing, add the chemical at a concentration of 100–200 ppm. Dosing should be performed once every three months.  

 

2. Dosing Procedure:  

   First, shut down the equipment and position the pumping unit horsehead at the bottom dead center. Then open the casing and inject the corrosion inhibitor using a pump or pour it directly into the casing.

1. This product is packaged in plastic drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum.  

2. Store in a cool, dry, and well‑ventilated place. The shelf life is one year.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.
